Female Pelvic Health

Do you have pain during intercourse?

Do you leak a little when you cough?

Do you have trouble reaching orgasm?

Pelvic physical therapy may be able to help. Our treatment focuses on the muscles of the pelvic floor. These muscles support the pelvic organs, assist in bowel and bladder control, and contribute to sexual arousal and orgasm. Since muscles are involved in all of these functions, PT can treat incontinence, difficulty with urination or bowel movement, constipation, chronic pelvic pain, and painful intercourse. Women may also seek treatment for vaginismus or endometriosis.

I get it. It may seem easier to live with issues “down there” than to talk to a stranger about it. It can also be harder to get to a clinic, into an uncomfortable exam room, and be able to open up. I am here to help! I will come to your home, where you are comfortable, and you can take the time you need to express your concerns.
